Nordic Semiconductor, a global leader in low‑power wireless connectivity solutions, won the Embedded World “Best in Show” Award from Embedded Computing Designs for the nRF54LM20B SoC – Nordic’s ultra-low-power, large-memory wireless SoC with integrated Axon NPU.

At Embedded World 2026, Nordic Semiconductor announced the availability of the nRF54LM20 Development Kit, giving developers access to the new nRF54LM20B – Nordic’s ultra-low-power, large-memory edge AI-enabled wireless SoC.
